- Handling business inquiries and qualifying leads generated through specific channels (e-mail, phone, chat, online etc.) - NA region;- Initiating connections with potential customers according to the marketing and sales campaigns and investigating their needs and concerns;- Engaging in elaborate product presentations and promoting Bitdefender's latest technologies and innovations;- Involvement in up sell activities, product recommendations, competitive upgrades and 1st level of support;- Using Salesforce and other CRM tools in order to constantly keep track of potential business and inquiries, and manage them accordingly;- Lead management;- Maintaining a close relationship with the ISR team and other key departments in order to ensure top notch customer experience;- Working closely with other departments and team members to ensure that all the procedures, KPI's and SLA's are in place; - Assimilating and implementing all the latest updates from the specific field of activity (product features and capabilities, events, campaigns etc.);- Promoting a positive attitude and encouraging team effort.
