• Supervise, coordinate, and schedules the work activities of the craft within the project construction effort • Ensure technical procedures, inspection and test plans are performed in accordance with agreed client requirements' through the trade staff. • Monitoring construction/Commissioning activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards and to achieve work efficiency • Ensure that subordinates are trained and knowledgeable of specifications and work procedures• Establish an effective work team; • Report of all non-conforming work and/or supplies to allow accurate non-conforming cost statement to be prepared and act on any non conformance that appears in the project and implement corrective action • Run daily and weekly safety meeting.• Plan required work activities to ensure that design drawings, tools, equipment, and materials are available • Interface with Planners, Project Engineers and Production Specialists to set job priorities and develop work schedule. Ensure planned work is completed as per schedule and emergency reactive jobs are carried out as efficiently as possible with minimum effect on planned work
