My primary role is managing the SMT department, configuring and running all machines. I also am involved in circuit schematic design and PCB design. I have made production jigs to facilitate quicker and easier manufacture of frequently made parts, as well as test jigs in order to automate long and tedious test procedures into simple plug and go tests. I am a problem solver of any issue that may arise during production.

I run all aspects of the surface mount department at Martin Woolman. This includes configuring and using TWS Quadra pick and place machine, manually placing fine pitch and machine incompatible parts on PCB. I also stencil paste and reflow the boards using an optimum reflow profile.

To provide simple financial advice where possible and to arrange conversations for members with our money experts. This was an inbound call position, Involving correct use of Data Protection, and talking to members in a swift and professional manner.

Operating a semi-automatic warehouse crane, to collect products into the correct Distribution Unit (DU). I was also part of the team that would have to clear the conveyor due to cracked pallets and malfunctions.
