Perform requirement elicitation, documentation and handling of all deliverables of projects corresponding to a BA. Work closely with PM and Developers to bring projects and changes to light. Analysis and documentation of several backoffice processes across LATAM and US. Special expertise in LATAM ERP Localization and E-Invoicing.Highlights:-Implementation of eInvoice, eCash Receipt, eAccounting for Trafigura in Mexico.-Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV as the ERP for Trafigura Colombia and Brazil.-Automation of the payments and tax withholding processes for Trafigura Argentina.-Updates to Peruvian local tax reporting tools for Trafigura Peru.-Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV as an ERP for Trafigura Mexico's Oil Retailing Division.-Documentation of all processes related to Mexican Middle and Back Offices, as well as Colombian Back Office and LATAM Accounting Month End Closing Procedures.

As part of Project Americas to install a Finance Shared Service Center in Montevideo, I managed the transition of all LATAM countries' Accounts Payable processes to Montevideo. Supported onboarding and continuous training of employees. After project was successfully implemented, became one of two functional experts, handling all change management and projects for the Accounts Payable function in LATAM & US. The Accounts Payable department in Montevideo has about 100 people working for several countries, processing around 1,2 million invoices and payments per year.Highlights:-Visited Brazil, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Panama, US and Germany as part of Project Americas. Reviewed and documented processes as well as handled transition and cutover strategies for staged migration of: Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Mexico, Panama, Dominican Republic, Guatemala and Costa Rica.-Implemented change requests resulting in FTE reduction as well as risk and error reduction.-Onboarded more than 60 employees teaching them SAP as well as leading them during workshadowing at other locations.

Supervise AR, AP, Inventory and Treasury processes for Pernod Ricard's local branch. Balance Sheet and Cashflow budgeting and reporting to HQ. Price, Discount and Credit handling, as well as sales order approval. Internal and Statutory audit. Projects for Accounting and Treasury.Highlights:-Implemented new system for Travel and Expenses registration and payment. Acted as Business Expert, then performed UAT and User Training.-Implemented upgrade to Automatic Payments system to connect with CitiDirect suite.-Led initiative to encaourage salesmen to improve collections in order to reach Group's cash goals.-Changed several reporting and operational processes to improve efficiency and control.

As part of the Tax Team at Auren, I took care of several clients's timely payment and filings of their local taxes.
