At custom Craft Painting I was inspired and directed in my marketing and over all business plan from my 33yrs (as of this date) in all areas of construction (and or experience) from companies that include, but are not limited to: St.Germain Roofing and siding, St.Germain building services, Redi sign and awning, where all forms of related construction ,fabrication ,scheduling , repairs and renovation were hands on and brought to full fruition in craftsmanship and skill. In addition all these corps. and yrs of labor (and skilled labor experience) I also was actively in the bidding and estimate process as well as all the way through to completion of these projects. The education and excitement of all these yrs and abilities formulated the concepts and ideas (go again to employee relations) has given us the edge and growth in this tough economy . We are proud to be continuing forward with the most enthusiastic attitude and effectiveness in these times where others are giving up or discouraged. I find hope drives me as we move into this new decade With the knowing of our ability to maintain and even continue growth today.

Dan Casey caters to those residents of the worlds most exclusive individuals and homes on Jupiter island Florida (where quality and precision are a must) and other such communities in the area. The Fords, Walgreens, and other high end exclusive homes of an artistic design and nature were my responsibility to execute and complete,,, all types of faux and plastering skills from the old world methods of which these homes deserve and require. I also taught and passed down these technics to employees under my command with patience and compassion to the excited learning mind and talents as these individuals developed. A major integrated practice was to coordinate with other contractors and trades men to keep the projects on time and in budget. After some time with Dan Casey I moved on to establish my own company of which was not so much in competition with my colleague as a team collaborating effort which benefited us both as it should be in friendship and business.

Route Driver throughout Florida and including sales in the food and beverage industies. This was a planning and sales experience while the learning process was more than just a driver. I boosted my route sales and stops by 50% in just months with my ability to sell to new clients in the process of my daily route (learning innovation on the move) by walking in a close competitors establishment which showed me there really is no competitors, but more in the lines of partners in collaboration in respective fields. where so called competitors work together for a common goal in pricing and services the public as well as the corporations benefit....The team work of a business extends to those we call competitors who are actually our best assets.
