At custom Craft Painting I was inspired and directed in my marketing and over all business plan from my 33yrs (as of this date) in all areas of construction (and or experience) from companies that include, but are not limited to: St.Germain Roofing and siding, St.Germain building services, Redi sign and awning, where all forms of related construction ,fabrication ,scheduling , repairs and renovation were hands on and brought to full fruition in craftsmanship and skill. In addition all these corps. and yrs of labor (and skilled labor experience) I also was actively in the bidding and estimate process as well as all the way through to completion of these projects. The education and excitement of all these yrs and abilities formulated the concepts and ideas (go again to employee relations) has given us the edge and growth in this tough economy . We are proud to be continuing forward with the most enthusiastic attitude and effectiveness in these times where others are giving up or discouraged. I find hope drives me as we move into this new decade With the knowing of our ability to maintain and even continue growth today.
