Coordinate work of the design, front-end development, Cloud Engineering, Client Education and other teams to have the software set up, customized and ready to use within the expected timeline.Support program initiative:-Help start and maintain an initiative to help our Customer Success Managers with their clients by taking over a portion of the survey management responsibilities . We would be introduced too and become direct contacts with our external clients to help free up the Customer Success Managers time.
