I am currently an I.T. Manager, Compliance Manager in the education recruitment sector but I also have experience of working for Health & Social Care, Construction, Training & Logistics companies. Of the years I have built excellent people skills which enable me to communicate with clients and colleagues/employees on all levels and enables me to get the best out of staff/customer relationships. I believe that a key part of being successful is remembering that employees, colleagues, managers and customers are people rather than a label/product and that treating everyone as an individual gets the most out of relationships.
