For 11 consecutive quarters was either first or second in attainment out of all global Account Executives before moving into management. As part of the initial wave of Account Executives to Stripe, helped build out the sales org as a whole, including functions such as enterprise sales, outbound, vertical specific go to market strategies...

-Engaging portfolio of 20+ mobile app startups and growth stage companies, advising on all things marketing and introducing non marketing Google teams to these strategic partners when relevant.-Growing existing revenue through data driven recommendations, international expansion campaigns, and in depth brand workshops.-Planning and executing multi million dollar user acquisition campaigns across YouTube, AdMob, Search and Gmail.

-One of six member pilot tasked with sizing opportunity, identifying roadblocks, and developing strategy to win substantial brand revenue from Google’s small and medium sized business.-Pitched and closed national brand campaigns to CMOs, SVPs, and VPs at a wide variety of enterprises. -Discovered signals of high opportunity accounts, highlighted crucial product gaps to executive leadership, and created extensive sales collateral and processes. Packaged and distributed all materials and learnings to core sales programs.

-Upsold over 500 small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) across all verticals.-Developed sales innovations that were the key to my quota success, systematized into a process and taught it through multiple hour long sessions to 90+ other AMs. Won Q4 Director’s Gold Award for NA SMB Top Sales Innovation.-Advised PMs, Designers, and Engineers on the needs of Google’s customers. Input led to multiple changes in the AdWords front end and the formation of GreenTea, Google’s internal CRM tool.-Ideated, organized, and wrote signal based email marketing campaign with internal marketing team and external agency. Emails went out to over 10 million businesses, resulting in increased feature adoption and user engagement.

Founded Screensaver, a mobile device repair and resale business. Designed marketing strategy to build customer base across Southeast. Optimized supply chain operations to minimize inventory cost and improve customer service. Developed technical skills, set pricing, delivered on time. Took business through three separate iterations to adjust to market demands and increase scalability. Exited through selling franchise model to several peers.

Formulated and enacted profit-making strategy for More Than Gold Legacy Olympic Breakfast in London. Cut costs, negotiated with vendors, and facilitated sales in order to hit company’s financial goals for the event of 400+ Olympic athletes, English businessmen, and local youth to the event.
