• Support and testing activities for Simplify activities in both S4 and Fusion for Customer Master and Order Management• Migration activities coordinator to ensure correct and accurate data upload from Fusion to S4• Active participation in implementation of the Contract ID solution in S4 and CBN analysis as part of the Simplify project• Day-to-day maintenance of the Contract ID solution in S4• Maintaining tables company-wide WW and EMEA for fees calculation, sales contract ID attributes, fee calculation exclusions for Sales contract ID calculations, exclusion tables for compliance• Creating rules in S4 to automatically add different statuses to transactions as they enter in S4• Ongoing testing activities in S4 for various projects• One point of contact between operations and IT for order entry and backlog management issues• Security and user access management

• Work with business units and appropriate team members to resolve Master Data issues in an efficient and timely manner• Create and maintain SAP global master data in the areas of the Customer Master• Support / Training and Communication of functional master data standards, definitions, processes, policies and tools• Investigate customer accounts in SAP, researching Ship To level, Sold To level and Billing• /Payer structure as it relates to the Partnership functionality of customer’s account• Work with other departments and / or teams, (i.e. Customer Service(A/R), Tax, Accounting, A/P, Sales, etc.) to coordinate master data requirements to ensure data consistency and integrity

• Assist L1 support when needed, in issue qualification or routing• Manage and coordinate order scheduling/ prioritization requests/ escalation with other stakeholders/ departments• Assume accountability of L1 support metrics – analyse and tracks performance• Define actions/plans to improve metrics and performance and oversee implementations• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose plans of action to remediate the situations• Define workaround; drive for permanent system fixes and corrective actions• Log issues to IT support whenever needed• Play a proactive role in communications management or escalations• Act as a general interface between operations and IT• System table maintenance when needed• Collect and control data for the owned processes

• Provide daily operational support to a set of Channel Partners via telephone and email.• Manage and coordinate order scheduling/ prioritization requests/ escalation with other stakeholders/ departments• Backlog order management• Conduct regular operational reviews (current status and issues) with partner operational staff• Special processes & Activities (special deals, new processes and promotions)• Proactive backlog monitoring of orders using different tools and reports• Provide continuous visibility of the order backlog situation to partners and HP stakeholders.• Manage exceptions and specials• Manage the claim processes and ensure resolution of all channel partner physical and financial claims• First entry point for the partners regarding claims/ disputes and deal with all written or verbal requests• Provide partners with solutions when problems arise, efficiently using the HP network and use my own judgment to escalate issues at the right time and to the correct owner.
