• Responsible for developing competitive quotations as part of tender processes • Responsible for creating Construction Phase Plan’s (CPP), Risk Assessment Method statements (RAMS) and programmes of work• Organize sub-contractors to carry out the works• Project manage all trades on site in order to ensure all works are completed within agreed timelines and budget• Deliver weekly progress reports to clients with clear indications on any unforeseen delays or additional costs, including a remedial plan for such deviations• Responsible for generating and maintaining operational manuals

• Accountable for ensuring all engineering works are completed within the agreed timeframe and budget to ensure ultimate client satisfaction• Project manage all trades and keep clients updated with regular progress meetings• Leading and motivating teams of engineers to successfully complete projects, including ensuring they are following all safety regulations and all relevant plans• Produce and put into action a procurement plan for every project• Responsible for producing, reviewing, signing off and implementing RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) to ensure all affected site personnel are working in a safe environment • Responsible for new site mobilisation and de-mobilisation, ensuring all materials and safety measures are in place before commencement of a project and the site is left safe and clear post-construction• Role also includes carrying out site surveys and issuing competitive quotes for clients

• Managing a portfolio of 25 key accounts in the London area, as well as overseeing 100 ‘second tier’ accounts, which I successfully brought back to being in target with 2 months of taking over the area• Responsible for generating New Business through existing accounts (cross-selling/up-selling), ‘dormant’ accounts, as well as through various trade shows• Responsible for preparing and delivering Client presentations, which also include pricing quotes for new business• Continuously interacting and coordinating with the Engineers and other staff members in other departments working on the same account in order to meet Client needs• Responsible for Managing and solving conflicts with Clients
