I am a Sergeant (E-5) in the Army National Guard. · Directly overseeing multiple other soldiers· Operating all wheel vehicles and equipment over varied terrain and roadways· Managing loading, unloading, and safety of personnel/equipment being transported· Employing convoy commander tasks to ensure all soldiers are transported safely· Identifying and correcting or report all vehicle deficiencies· Preparing vehicles for movement or shipment· Executing training and team building exercises

Directly managing and training 15+ employees· Conducting interviews and making decisions regarding employee hiring and termination· Scheduling hours for entire department and determining the necessity of overtime· Monitoring driver daily logs for errors or violations· Tracking and tracing vehicle locations constantly· Scheduling and dispatching vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications and needs· Overseeing all communications within office through to ensure all customer satisfaction is met· Advising personnel about traffic problems such as construction areas, accidents, congestion, weather conditions, and other hazards· Assisting in resolving a variety of customer issues· Recording and maintaining files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, and other dispatch information

· Opening and closing the store as required and performing all safety and security tasks, i.e., alarms as required to open and close the store· Implementing and following store policies and procedures for operational flow at each station· Performing all cash handling requirements of a manager in charge including close-outs, safe accountability and cash drops· Following inventory stocking and recording guidelines· Assisting store manager with accounting and banking responsibilities· Training team members on both front- and back-of-house procedures
