Managing a team of 4 with the responsibility for the closure and transfer out of client accounts. Tasks include:- Ensuring that all account data, and cash and asset transfer records are updated to accurately reflect the account closure/transfer on the in house Operating system.- Ensure prompt action is taken in accordance with client account closure and transfer instructions received.- Liaison with third parties to exchange information and to arrange the transfer of client assets.- Liaising with the Cashiers team to ensure the prompt and accurate transfer of client cash.- Liaison with third parties to ensure the secure transfer of account tax wrappers.- Accurate record keeping of MI sufficient to demonstrate account leaving activity level and status.- Tracking and following up of outstanding items.- Ensure that all relevant controls applicable to the above areas are completed and recorded accordingly.- Front Office business support and query resolution.- To assist other Operations Managers to ensure that the whole department provides an effective and efficient service.- Adherence to appropriate CASS regulations.

- Responsible for the management of administration within the MPS Team, heading up a team of 10. - Ensuring that internal and external SLA's are met and supporting the team in reaching new business targets.- Regular MI reporting to senior management- Providing communication to Sales Managers and Professional Advisers regarding their clients.- Regular visits to Professional Adviser firms to discuss any service issues they may have.- To ensure that all team members are following admin and compliance polices and procedures.- Holding monthly team meetings so all team members are aware of any relevant changes throughout the company.- Quarterly meetings with Line Manager to report on new business figures, details of service queries or incidents as well as discussing staffing and training requirements.

- Senior Administrator / Supervisor within a team of 4 ensuring transfers to and from other investment houses are processed in an accurate and timely manner.- Responsible for reporting daily transfer activity to the company via internal intranet.- Weekly team meetings to discuss any changes in processes or raise any issues.- Regular meetings with Line Manager to discuss staffing or training requirements in the team.
