Operations Manager - Client Leavers
CurrentManaging a team of 4 with the responsibility for the closure and transfer out of client accounts. Tasks include:- Ensuring that all account data, and cash and asset transfer records are updated to accurately reflect the account closure/transfer on the in house Operating system.- Ensure prompt action is taken in accordance with client account closure and transfer instructions received.- Liaison with third parties to exchange information and to arrange the transfer of client assets.- Liaising with the Cashiers team to ensure the prompt and accurate transfer of client cash.- Liaison with third parties to ensure the secure transfer of account tax wrappers.- Accurate record keeping of MI sufficient to demonstrate account leaving activity level and status.- Tracking and following up of outstanding items.- Ensure that all relevant controls applicable to the above areas are completed and recorded accordingly.- Front Office business support and query resolution.- To assist other Operations Managers to ensure that the whole department provides an effective and efficient service.- Adherence to appropriate CASS regulations.
