Reporting to the Project Manager, oversaw system validation for HP Desktop Workstations. Coordinated testing at manufacturing sites, debugged test failures. Served as team lead for Network, Graphics, ACPI and Storage technologies. Established & maintained successful relationships with global vendors & manufacturers. Developed & presented work breakdown structure for the first Small Form Factor Workstation at Taiwan site, educating on HP test philosophies, auditing manufacturing test processes & facilities, and building global relationships to ensure maximum productivity.● Project: Led evaluation of department’s current testing methodologies, tools and overall team productivity. Discovered numerous testing duplications, including a level of test complexity that did not provide benefit. Performed statistical analyses and historical issue reviews in order to establish more efficient & effective procedures. Results: Reduced length of several tests by up to 50%, and implemented new tools which aggregated several test functionalities, thereby resulting in additional time savings during testing & setup.
