I manage procurement and inventory for a range of drilling operations within Perenti Drilling Services, including DDH1 Drilling, Swick Mining Services, Ranger Drilling, Strike Drilling, and Ausdrill. These companies specialize in various drilling techniques such as diamond drilling, reverse circulation (RC), underground drilling, and drill and blast operations.In this role, I develop procurement strategies tailored to the needs of each business while focusing on cost efficiency, maintaining operational effectiveness, and ensuring a steady supply of essential equipment and materials. By fostering strong supplier relationships and collaborating across divisions, I help pursue procurement practices that support both sustainability and operational goals.I also manage inventory across the different drilling types, ensuring critical items are available to prevent downtime.
