With a combined 23 years of experience in teaching TESOL, English/HSIE and Indonesian, I am a passionate and dedicated educator who strives to inspire and empower my students. Currently, I am an English/HSIE teacher at Tuggerah Lakes Secondary College (TLSC), where I deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to diverse learners, and collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student achievement and well-being. Previously, I was a head teacher of English at Dubbo College Delroy Campus (DCDC), where I lead and mentored a team of teachers, and oversaw the curriculum development and assessment of the English department. In addition, I also taught LOTE Indonesian/English at DCDC, where I shared my linguistic and cultural expertise with students and staff, and promoted intercultural understanding and appreciation. I have strong skills in educational leadership, curriculum development, tutoring, and language teaching, and I am committed to lifelong learning and professional development. I enjoy working with students and educators from different backgrounds and perspectives, and I aim to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for everyone.
