I began working at Selina Kinneret in 2022, where I managed OTAs (online travel agencies, like Booking.com, Expedia, etc..) and led a team, focusing on training and motivating staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.After 6 months, I transitioned to Selina Jerusalem as Operations Manager. After I created a guest service protocol, the reviews on Booking.com jumped from 7.8 to 8.5, resulting in a 25% increase of the hotel’s occupancy rate.When the war broke out in October 2023, I moved to Selina Dead Sea, supervising operations while coordinating the hiring and training of staff to support more than 300 evacuees from southern Israel.In December 2023, I relocated to Selina Mitzpe Ramon, where I managed operations for Selina Ramon by Glow and trained the reception team at Selina Desert Garden.
