In this role, I learned many skills relevant to repairing and providing in-person support for the many different hardware systems present in the retail and corporate sectors. I also led multiple teams of technicians to complete complex, multi-deliverable IT and networking projects in the strict time limits allotted to them.

● I started work at the Cincinnati Computer Cooperative as a volunteer,and put in over 10 hours per week, every week before I was recognizedfor my skills in identifying and marketing valuable hardwarecomponents and promoted to the paying role of Outside Sales Manager.● In the role of Outside Sales Manager, I worked with a very diverse customer base to both educate and help them find optimal solutions for their problems through the affordable technology services we provided. ● I also worked to optimize business processes and safety; I created referencematerials and trained the diverse team of volunteers in proper safety techniques, and I worked withthe board of the organization to develop a paperless donation and repairtracking system; these efforts reduced waste by more than 30% and greatlyincreased efficiency.
