Daniel was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW in 2009 and is admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia. He attended school in the local area at De La Salle College Cronulla, and then attended Western Sydney University where he graduated in 2007 with a combined Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Social Science. Daniel joined Gibson Howlin Lawyers in January 2015, after spending eight years working in the Public Sector. His principal areas of practice are Family Law, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Enduring Guardianships and Civil Litigation, particularly Debt Recovery. Daniel regularly assists clients with neighbour disputes and represents clients in the Local Court in relation to Drink Driving Offences. Daniel is an enthusiastic and compassionate lawyer who takes the time to understand his client’s needs and then works hard for them to achieve the best possible outcome. He brings both sensitivity and practical solutions to all areas of practice, particularly Family Law Parenting and Property matters.
