With ten years of manufacturing experience, I've developed skills from aerospace, medical, shipbuilding and automotive industries, and trained originally under tool makers in Buffalo, NY. Multi-axis background, self-motivated and self-starter. I look for turnkey solutions, making use of high speed/high efficiency machining techniques, sub routines, custom fixturing, implementing standardized systems and automation. Going as far as to implement lights out machining with said processes in, tight tolerance, super alloys. I’ve developed an advanced understanding of speeds, feeds and programming techniques from continuous study of cutting sciences and applications. All this to optimize the processes and quality of part output. I am continuously expanding my knowledge of my craft and honing my skills. I have a deep passion for solving problems through CNC programming and related applications. I strive for excellence in my craft and get excited for the challenges that lie ahead of me.
