Lead Project Manager currently responsible for the development, design, execution, and commissioning of a $6 MM brownfield projects portfolio.o Delivered a variety of facility projects including our inaugural well pad campaign; new gas gathering pipeline construction: conventional and HDD; water treatment, storage, and disposal; compressor optimization; pipeline integrity digs and repairs.o Navigated complicated regulatory and environmental frameworks (AER, DFO, AEP) while applying applicable pipeline and facility codes and standards (CSA Z662 and B31.3) for project success.o Lead multidisciplinary project teams of up to 10 contributors from Concept Select through to Commissioning.o Developed and implemented company's first Project Delivery Standards for brownfield projects which included project assurance & controls, cost/schedule tracking with interactive reporting dashboard.o Worked collaboratively with external stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks.o Completed concept development and economic analysis for variety of gas gathering, compression and power generation/co-generation projects.

Project Management: Managed small scale brownfield projects within the field and facility for projects up to $2.5MM. Responsibilities included concept development, overseeing engineering contractors and final execution in the field. Projects included pipeline and compressor station reactivation, new HVAC installation, and boiler fuel gas control upgrades. Turnaround Support: Provided engineering support prior and during 20 day, $17MM Turnaround of our Caroline sour gas facility. Responsibilities included overseeing vessel washes, engineering design and project management of multiple Management of Change type projects and engineering support of any found work.

-Coordinated production testing and troubleshooting of process issues at 200 MMscfd gas plant -Troubleshooting experience in propane refrigeration and glycol regeneration plants-Engineering support for Saturn 2017 Turnaround -Led two Kaizen improvement events and other continuous improvement initiatives-Developed and implemented wellhead sand management plan (2013-2015) which included redesign of well sand filtration.-Extensive field engineering experience -- Monitored 300 wells and gathering system; piping system design, well deliquification and control. -Knowledge of process safeguarding systems, PSV design, and IPF with knowledge of HAZOP and Bowtie Analysis

• Responsible for advising three groups of five first year engineering students in their design course• Organized weekly meetings to assess progress and to assist with their problems• Supervised an additional 3 groups on request of the my supervisor half way through the semester• Acted as a liaison between the groups and their faculty and community sponsors• Marked preliminary reports and presentations and provided feedback to the groups

•Performed a feasibility study, equipment selection, and cost analysis for a propriety project.

• Led design and research groups of four to six student volunteers to address and develop working solutions to day-to-day energy problems• Scheduled weekly meetings to test, develop and improve our designs• Tested environmental effects on solar panel efficiency and evaluated mitigation methods• Published an end of year report outlining our findings
