Also a great deal of spreadsheet trouble shooting to ensure that all calculation sheets continued to perform in line with specifications.• Performance Forecasting and Bonus Accruals: In order to aid the group Management Accountant variance analysis would be performed to ensure that each branch was performing in line with plan, and Bonus accruals for the up-coming month and quarter were recalculated in line with results. This process required maintaining a constantly updating modeling structure incorporating each months performance and reassessing the likelihood of each individual meeting schemes requirements,• Bonus Scheme Modeling and Policy Writing: In preparation for 2013 bonus scheme changes were modeled in accordance to the specifications provided by the company’s Managing Director. Impact analysis was then performed based on these changes and results were then presented to the MD and Head of Bonus and Commissions for approval. • Extensive data reconstruction: In order to ensure that all end of year Bonuses were correctly calculated I worked closely with the Regional Managers across the brand to create a single accepted scheme history across the brand, this history was then used in Pro-rata calculations to ensure all consultants were correctly remunerated in accordance to their varied entitlements throughout the year.
