Supervise the process of the contract negotiation in EMEA Region.Provide support and training for contract associates.

• Initiate and manage contract negotiation process with clinical trial sponsors and sites• Create and revise templates for sponsor specific documents including contracts, budgets, amendments, and ancillary agreements• Respond to inquiries from sites and sponsors efficiently and effectively• Follow-up with investigative sites concerning outstanding contracts on a weekly basis• Produce error-free documents for final execution• Accurately plan to achieve timely results• Negotiate contract terms, budgets and payment schedule, ensuring that the agreements with investigative sites are aligned with client's interests• Solve problems at the site level• Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients

Assist Contracts Managers/Analysts entering data into a tracking system.Run reports from our tracking system on a daily basis Update documents into our tracking system.Make follow-up phone calls and assist Contracts Manager as needed Record meeting minutes with clients Assist Contracts Analysts in negotiating amendments.
