In my current role of SaaS Solutions Coordinator, I assist in providing customized solutions to EBSCO's sales teams and customer base. This requires having a solid knowledge of EBSCO's SaaS products features and benefits so as to allow evaluation of incoming customer requests and then provide solution recommendations. Previously, I spent over twenty-five years taking a forms software package aimed at the California legal market from its humble beginnings at a small San Francisco company to its position as the leading Windows-based legal forms solution. My success at Essential Publishers led to the sale of the company in 2014 to a mid-sized legal publisher that is a part of the University of California system. During my tenure, I served as the chief architect and designer for the Essential Forms application, directing a programming team in Russia as well as a team of document coders based in Thailand who provide the software content.
