Viz Graphics Manager And Operator
I have over 30 years of LIVE television experience with a primary focus on sports. From the Infinit to the Duet to the VIZ RT, I've done it all. I am well versed in both the Trio and Artist side of the Viz RT. I sometimes served as "help desk" for any problems that occurred with graphics operators on the road as well. Though I am not a Viz Designer, I have lots of experience in troubleshooting Viz Artist scenes, figuring out why they are broken and making fixes to them myself so the original artist can move on to their next project. I know how the platform works and have spent a lot of time being a Viz Trio operator for LIVE events as well. I can step into many roles and I work well under pressure. My job also required working knowledge of Photoshop and to a lesser extent, After Effects.I have also been a manager of Viz artists and their projects for the past 7 years, keeping the artists on track, giving design ideas and suggestions, and being a part-time art director in the process. I have a good eye for what looks good and what doesn't. Ideally I would love to stay in the Los Angeles area, but Detroit and Chicago are also home.
