I began my career at a British electric vehicle manufacturer, where I developed my foundational skills in modern manufacturing processes. Now, at Racal Acoustics, a global leader in high-noise communication systems for military and other demanding environments, I support on-site manufacturing operations in the UK, as well as outsourced manufacturing at sites in Europe. My role involves ensuring seamless production, enhancing quality, and implementing process improvements to optimize output.
