• Fully conducted the purchasing cycle for the international supplier portfolio (North America, Europe and Asia), from sourcing to final delivery. My activities included negotiating price, terms, and payment conditions with suppliers and developing strategic partnerships and collaborative relationships with logistics service providers, while consistently keeping stakeholders informed about the status of each process.• Collaborated closely with the Engineering team to ensure that all parts met factory specifications.• Led the Purchasing and Services areas in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) that enabled the cross-referencing of data on equipment, suppliers, customers, and representatives with the shipment costs of parts under warranty. This allowed for an accurate mapping of all warranty-related expenses.• As a direct result, we established strategic partnerships with carriers in different regions of Brazil, achieving a significant 7% reduction in freight costs.

• Supported the development of new products for the Light Commercial Line of air conditioners.• Played a key role in the development of new PCBs for the control and condenser of the Viper XPerience project, analyzing bill of materials and exchanging information with overseas suppliers.• Facilitated the import and export of SKDs between the Canoas plant and the Chinese headquarters.

• Created 3D models and drawings of parts to be manufactured in-house using industry standard software.• Created 3D models of prototype devices used for quality assurance and quality control, and devices used for specific machining processes.• Led the development and implementation of a control terminal, a solution responsible for reducing average repair and downtime of CNC machines.
