Having worked with CEO on Mekamon from the inception of the idea, I have grown with Reach Robotics developing the flagship Berserker product full life cycle form market opportunity to continuous in market product. I met the CEO as an outside consultant and designed the original artwork concept for the quadruped gaming robots, Mekamon in 2013. I committed to joining the team of 5 in 2016. My core role at Reach is to; + Develop and protect the design and quality of user interactions throughout the development process. +Deliver high level reports & chair presentations to the executive team on new market & product opportunities.+ Manage design and brand image throughout all product lines.+ Identify user needs, values and design engaging, sticky experiences. + Manage manufacturing process management & implementation.

In 2013 I co-founded Mind Sketch a product design consultancy specialising in robotic and hardware products. Nucleating our initial client base out of the Bristol Robotics Lab network, growing the business to service the wider South West. In 2015 my business partner left and I became the sole founder and Director. Doubling down I took the company limited to allowing access further funding for our clientsMy core responsibilities were:+ Building a client network.+ Pitching to clients & responding to RFQ’s+ Industrial design. + Sourcing and securing government & growth initiative funding for clients in either joint applications or on behalf of clients. + Prototyping functional and sales model prototypes using Vaccum casting, electro mechanical systems, painting and finishing, machining and 3d printing.+ Internal and client contractor sourcing and management. + Writing project plans and design specs.
