Roles include Product Owner, Software Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, and Applications Specialist.• As Product owner, developed software design specifications in the form of Agile stories, managed backlog, and approved of completed stories• Provided the Voice of the Customer throughout the development of Prime in the form of past experience with liquid handlers, testing of and generating feedback for stories, and by soliciting feedback from beta testers• Utilized UX mock up tools to ensure buy in from stake holders as well as reduce “lost in translation” issues between Product Owner and Software Engineers• As a software engineer, wrote software to control an XYZ gantry, trays, carousel, and SCARA robot• Peer programed with senior engineers, providing intimate knowledge of desired product behaviour, helping to expedite and refine implementation• Participated in the Software Continuous Improvement team, an initiative to identify, define and implement change with the goal to improve quality of work and life at HighRes Biosolutions• As a manufacturing engineer, wrote Design Verification Test plans for assemblies within the liquid handler device and carried out the test plans• Worked with Documentation specialist to generate work instructions for manufacturing • Developed IQ/OQ/PQ documentation for pipette based liquid handler • As an Application Specialist, adapted customer existing workflows into an automated method or protocol to achieve higher throughput, reduced cost, or data of higher quality• Interfaced with customers during Factory Acceptance Testing and Site Acceptance Testing to ensure that the Prime and integrated system satisfy the Functional Design Specifications• In charge of answering support tickets and completing field service/application visits for customers
