At the age of seventeen I joined the United States Army, where I served as an Infantryman from 2005-2012. While in the military I had the pleasure of operating in multiple capacities such as team leader, squad leader, and training room NCO. I was honorably discharged from the Army in 2012, and eventually settled in Wichita, Kansas. After leaving the military I immediately began to pursue my Bachelors degree at Wichita State University, while working for the Wichita State University Police Department as a Police Officer. In February of 2016, with the hopes of broadening my level of expertise, I took a position with the Hutchinson Police Department as a Patrol Officer. I worked as a Patrol Officer for the Hutchinson Police Department for two years before being promoted to Detective and transitioning to the Investigation Bureau. As a Detective for the Hutchinson Police Department, I primarily investigate financial and white collar crimes, and assist on all major investigations such as homicides, sexual offenses, and more. In my spare time I continue to work towards obtaining my bachelors degree and continuing my education as a Police Officer.
