• Develop insightful webpages and EDMs to raise the product awareness of Digitalisation Office’s (DO) products.• Support overall access management efforts and requests (micro-service, data requests, Tableau, commercial subscriptions such as Snowflake)• Maintain and provide monthly DO data usage report.• Support ad-hoc product awareness efforts. e.g. FTAU webpage and EDM, Vault webpage and other EDM efforts.• Provide support for DO procurement and budget matters (e.g. checking invoices for accuracy before routing to certifying officer and reconciling the minute details of items in the invoices.• Support other DO admin work (e.g. DO office relocation, new officer onboarding, organisation of Sharepoint folders)

• Head Singapore's SEO department and manage Philippines based SEO team.• Plan, develop, implement and manage overall SEO strategy for clients. Execute portfolio campaigns and improve results successfully for clients.• Identify key SEO KPIs for portfolio campaigns and meeting the KPIs. Provide insightful analysis, commentary, and actionable recommendations to address KPI progress.• Identify red flag campaigns and improve their SEO performance.• Perform On-Page optimization such as keyword research, meta taggings, Alt text, headers, internal linking etc.• Plan and perform Off-page optimization such as developing backlinking strategy, analyzing backlinks to client & competitor sites to identify outdated & spammy links, 404s, incorrect redirects & opportunities for competitive improvement.• Identify technical SEO issues and collaborate with web development team and Client Servicing Managers (CSMs) to resolve.• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Ubersuggest, SurferSEO, Agency Analytics, Authority Labs, Seranking etc.• Constantly keeping abreast of latest SEO trends, practices and techniques (technical, on-page and off-page).

• Support MOF by handling appeals and correspondences from MP letters and Pioneer Generation members.• Liaise with MOF, MOH, PGO and CHAS frequently to handle member’s enquiries and requests. Involved in operational work such as OSA transfer to MA, BHS, reimbursements.• Involved in various projects, implement changes to the scheme's IT system, including drawing up requirements and conducting extensive user acceptance tests (UAT).• Review and improve scheme operational procedures and complex processes, to ensure they are always up-to-date and streamlined.

• Provide actionable, business insights analysis, pre and post project launches analysis to various business units such as SEO, SEM, marketing, e-commerce, social media, third party & onsite Marketing, buyer & supplier marketing, eDM marketing etc. • Generate regular and adhoc reports for business units based on business requirements and needs. • Coordinate and work with various business units to provide web-tracking solutions in projects and in bi-weekly Maintenance Requests. Supported for more than 10 projects up to date.• Conduct and host monthly meetings to update business units with product performance metrics, discuss past and new initiatives to improve on related products.
