As an SDR at Qualtrics, I focus on outreach to the public sector, specifically engaging with local governments across the United States.Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outreach efforts to identify and connect with local government officials and decision-makers. • Initiate and maintain conversations to understand the needs and challenges of local governments. • Present Qualtrics solutions tailored to the unique requirements of the public sector. • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow up on leads. • Track and report on outreach activities and progress towards targets.

For the Fuels Sales Department • Monthly report to inform higher-ups in charge of the Fuel sales in all Americas of the highlights from Mexico and Peru. This required coordination and working with all the fuel managers to determine report-worthy highlights. • Provide analysis and collaborate on projects with the Sales Manager of Mexico and the Sales Support Manager of Argentina, Canada, and Mexico. Streamlining the decisions with accurate insights from sales reports, supply, and pricing for more efficiency and better planning.• Continuously implementing and managing processes for over 580 gas stations including the sales process, financial analysis, and incentives for all these gas stations. This required collaboration from the sales, marketing, and controls departments.• Developed and created a new dataset to enhance insight for potential affiliations using data from more than 200 gas stations. This dataset contained a dashboard and showed the station's behavior and a small forecast of the station's volume purchase for a year.• Successfully carried out an audit for all sales in Mexico that covered activities from June 2020 to July 2023. This meant ensuring all proper documentation was properly filed digitally and physically. I also had to explain what processes we were carrying out and how frequently these processes had adjustments to ensure the quality and intention of each process.

For Motorrad for the Planning and Logistics Department• Managed inventories and production spots for the assignment of motorcycles to Mexico. This meant keeping in contact with the dealerships in Mexico and our manufacturers in Germany.• Facilitated and streamlined communication with distributors throughout Mexico. Having meetings, calls, and updating data for the daily needs of all dealers and distributors.• Report the changes in demand by month to the CEO of BMW Motorrad Mexico. This involved making clear diagrams that showed our stock (Germany, in transit, and Mexico), sales, production, and production plan.

Department of Accounting• Accelerated the account receivables and the accounts payable by organizing and registering them in the accounting program.Department of Quality Control• Maintained all the testing standards required by the customers, including chromatography, acidity, pH, and density both for the final product and during the process.Department of Safety and Hygiene• Developed a format to identify and locate leaks and solvent accumulations throughout the factory.• Categorized and prioritized to implement corrective measures.
