Since 2005, Suarez’s primary focus at Activision has been production leadership on the Call of Duty franchise. As Call of Duty’s Vice President of Production, Suarez oversaw multiple internal development studios including Treyarch, Infinity Ward, Sledgehammer Games, Raven Software and multiple external teams in producing the launch of each annual mainline release. Suarez is responsible for ensuring quality, scheduling and budgeting franchise-wide resources and maintaining efficient cross-functional communication and collaboration across all key publishing and development stakeholders to meet the franchise's quality, sales and budget targets. In that period of time, Call of Duty has become one of the most successful and acclaimed gaming franchises in the world, becoming the top selling console title consecutively from 2008-2015, generating over $10+ billion dollars in retail sales. In his role, Suarez also oversees production of the digital content pipeline (Season Pass, DLC, Micro-transactions) to support monetization, E-Sports and other key franchise initiatives. In addition, Suarez also oversees the free-to-play expansion of the brand into China with regional partner Tencent and the development and live operations of multiple iOS and android mobile apps including Call of Duty: Heroes and the top grossing Call of Duty: Zombies. Prior to working on Call of Duty, Suarez was the Executive Producer on multiple console, handheld, PC and mobile projects across various franchises including Hasbro’s Transformers and DreamWorks Animation properties.
