Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsible for talent acquisition activities contributing to Banner goals and objectives. Recruits well-qualified candidates from a variety of sources, managing selection process to include application screening, interviewing, and assisting hiring managers with the recruitment process. Participates in workforce development initiatives to ensure short-term and long-term inflow of talent to the organization. Sources, recruits, screens, interviews and recommends external and internal candidates, based on specific assignment, for all levels of positions including entry level, experienced professional/ technical, support staff and management. Generates and extends candidate offers and follow up with candidates not selected. Develops, cultivates, and manages relationships with hiring managers, leadership and other customers to provide service excellence in comprehensive recruitment, staffing, policies, and processes. Partners with business leaders to gain a detailed understanding of business goals and needs. Utilizes efficiently and consistently the applicant tracking system, including the creation and generation of reports. Plans, coordinates and participates in recruiting events and initiatives, as necessary.
