Lecturer of sports at University of Worcester, focusing on the development of the universities Cricket Coaching and Management degree along with supporting the development of coaches and practitioners across the school of sport and exercise science. Further to this, supporting sports teams and athletes at the university during their studies, helping them maintain their academic development as well as their development as an athlete. Cricket coach, umpire and player as well, looking to develop the game that has given me so much!
