Working alongside the head coach, I help deliver training sessions to the current under 11's county team at Worcestershire with the aim of trying to improve their skills and get them ready for games. During games and tournaments, I help, warm up the players for the game before observing performance and feeding back good performance and giving constructive criticism to help the players. Other duties include managing the team and also scoring using electronic scoring systems such as NX cricket and CricHQ.

I am currently the head coach for the Central under 12's district side at Worcestershire county cricket club. In this position, I will look after and monitor the development of district cricketers for their future playing careers, future representative county cricketers and future first team county cricketers.
