I started full time as a production worker at FCA’s Detroit axel plant and worked there for one year before it closed and I was sent to FCA’s Detroit Jefferson North Assembly plant. While at JNAP I worked my way through various teams and titles, such as production worker, repairman, Team Leader, and finally Weld Audit Inspector. I put a lot of hours into working at JNAP and developed a consistent work ethic, never being laid off once until Covid. I was privileged to work on some great teams, mentored by some brilliant minds, and make lasting friendships with my colleagues.
