Furnishing adequate report to the quality assurance manager.Help to engender team spirit to consistently achieve set KPIs and core values.A formidable part of the process optimization excellence team in correlation to global Olam 2.0× initiative aimed towards zero operational defect and continuous improvement process.Prompt interface with the regulatory agencies to ensure quality stability and reviews aswell as offering technical support when necessary to warehouse, production and sales team.I ensure corrections are effected to non compliance by drawing out root cause analysis(RCAs) and corresponding corrective and Preventive action plans.

The role comprises conduction of assigned testing independently within constraints of lab scheduling aswell as contributing ideas and suggestions to improve standard laboratory techniques, improve protocols, processes and equipment and also a key part part of the research, development and overall plant GMP team.Other key responsibilities include:Implementation and monitoring of routine quality checks as per quality Plan as and when required.,ability to input all data on SAP.Detection of all non-conforming product(s), and mapping out for possible Preventive measures.Assurance of the effective activation of all activities required to deliver the required standards of the plant hygiene program through the establishment, implementation and monitoring of the compliance to the plant microbiological program.Generation and timely submission of all reports and documents as required by management, including stock control, corrective action & report generation.I also offer HACCP and food safety program support.Assistance in market survey projects relating to overall quality.Generate Statistical Process Control Studies.Conduct audits as per schedule & sustainability requirements.Conduct all continuous improvement initiatives relating to the sustainability function as & when required.physico chemical analysis all incoming raw material, in-process quality surveillance and checks , analyze the final packaged products -Conduct Quality analysis such as proximate analysis of products using predefined test methods. -Microbiological analysis(isolation and enumeration ) --Monitoring the performance and calibration/validation status of sampling and test equipment and test procedures used by using Internal Control Plan (ICP) checklist -Performs other allied duties in relation with job schedule.

Activities include promoting product development geared towards quality assurance of the firm and total sustainability of brand.I ensure that FIFO and FEFO are observed in line with dispatch of products.I collaborate with the team on process review,compliance and improvement.I also provide feedbacks on products and services.

Custodianship, clerical activities ,Preparation of minutes, Interpretion and collection of different types of administrative data, departmental exhibitions, registrations, research projects, etc. conduct research and organisation of laboratory sessions, attend capacity enhancing seminars and conferences. Co-ordinating and supervision of undergraduate events, general assistant, preparing presentations for meetings, etc., and some of the allied duties as designated.

Microbiological and physico chemical analysis of raw materials and finished goods, Air monitoring, water sampling, monitoring of assigned critical control points.Assist in continuous improvement projects and data analysis relating to Quality Assurance.Contribute to the overall GMP of the plant.Conducting all duties relating to this role as and when required.
