Managed a service delivery team Responsible for the deployment and service delivery of approximately 44,000 virtual desktop devices and associated technologies including Citrix XenDesktop, VMWare Hypervisor, SAN storage and Mcafee MOVE virus and malware protection. The support spanned over approximately 12 data centers providing virtual desktops to users across the globe.
