As an installer for ADT my roles and responsibilities included installing and servicing alarm systems to include both wireless and prewired systems, CCTV systems and access controll systems. I was also responsible for educating the customer on their system as well as their respective apps.

Full time Security Officer. Responsible for patrolling resort grounds as well as interacting with guests and staff to provide a safe environment. I was trained as a report writer and a dispatcher, both roles that I excelled in. I also was trained as a bike officer, defensive tactics instructor, and a American Heart Association Heartsaver Instructor. While working as a dispatcher I was tasked with monitoring CCTV cameras, prioritizing calls to officers, and adjusting the schedule as I needed to. While working as a report writer I was tasked with gathering statements, securing available camera footage, and conducting a preliminary investigation as well as documenting the incident.

I was a Full time Security Officer for the Westin Hotel where I interacted with guests and staff as well as serving as the primary report writer for my shift. During my time there I had trained new officers and had cataloged all the trespassed individuals, where prior to my doing so there was no system in place.

While working here I worked along side with some talented patient care staff to ensure a safe environment for our patients. I also conducted regular patrols of the campus and exterior buildings. I was tasked with reporting any discrepancies in the physical security of the property to the proper departments, writing detailed log entries, responding to all emergencies, monitoring CCTV cameras, and training new Security Officers.
