With over 30 years of experience in the advanced materials and various industries, I am currently the Deputy Chairman and Managing Director at Kingwills Advanced Materials, a leading provider of innovative and sustainable solutions for various sectors. In this role, I am responsible for the overall business and operations of the company, with a revenue of $300M. I lead and supervise a diverse and talented team of professionals, and develop and execute the strategic objectives, marketing plans, and operating principles of the company. I also leverage my expertise in market development, key account management, and commercialization to drive growth and profitability in the Asia Pacific, Americas, and EMEA regions. Previously, I was the President at CS Group Co. Ltd., a global leader in the shelter industry, where I oversaw the full P&L of the business, and established and improved the organization and management system. Prior to that, I was the Asia Pacific Commercial Leader and Chairman of DuPont Guangzhou Surfaces Co. Ltd., where I led the regional team and the manufacture on the plant site to support the business expansion. I hold a dual MBA degree from Peking University and Vlerick Business School, and a bachelor's degree in mechatronics, robotics, and automation engineering from Tianjin Industrial University.
