Responsible for store controlled costs and budgets relating to shrinkage and waste to meet targets for our P&L. I managed the cash office for a multimillion pound turnover store and general commercial office consisting 8 team members.I am responsible for all contractors and visitors on site including Security, Cleaning and sub contractors. It is my accountability to ensure the store is meeting legal requirements in regards to Pricing and Advertising as well as Health and Fire Safety.

I am responsible for leading and motivating a team of 4/5 Managers and 20+ assistants within my store.I implement all the business' procedures into my store and manage business change.As a deputy manager I oversee cost, productivity and quality controls.I work alongside my General Manager to successfully manage people and performance throughout my store and beyond.

This role was leading a team of representatives from each department within the store to: Find, assess and evaluate colleague ideas and concerns and present them to the Store Manager.If something could not be resolved within the boundaries of the store, it was my responsibility to escalate this to a Group Forum consisting of approximately 12 other Leading Store Representatives at quarterly meetings with the Store Director.

Employed as the Non Food and Events Team Supervisor. My role consisted of managing a team within my department (5-15 people) to achieve a world class customer experience through maintaining high standards on the shopfloor to driving sales on key promotions.As an events Team Leader my role was to smoothly implement promotion change overs by presenting a company plan and executing it with a team of usually 5 members within a strict timescale.
