Represent AM at important trade shows like HOTELEX Shanghai, FHA Singapore or GULFHOST in Dubai. Managed and led global sales (except the Americas) of all ONEIDA Food Service products. Oversaw area Sales Directors for the different regions and handled all product development and planning. Led customer management for hotel chains and procurement companies.

Set-up the Food Service Division at Spring. Oversaw global sales and customer service while leading product development and production planning of Spring’s manufacturing plants. Created Spring’s trademark products - RONOD Chafers and VULCANO pan and launched one of the first websites in the industry in the mid-90s.

Responsible for contracting hotels and supervise room allotments in Greece, Cyprus, Italy and Egypt. Was part of a team that identified new travel spots and created travel products which were marketed via catalogs and teletext in the late-80s.
