I run a team of 40 staff members. My responsibilities are setting sales targets for the week, stock takes, investigations and disciplinarys, running the pub to company standards, ensuring my management team are all working to company policies and standards daily duties could be me serving on the bar, and the next I'm in the kitchen cooking and helping out the team. During my time as General Manager I have managed to achieve record food sales for the pub, record daily sales wet/dry, also managed to achieve a full green stock audit, this is only the second time the pub has achieved this in the 9 years its been open. I have maintained 5* scored on the doors and improved standards.
