• Worked with a team of developers to develop a brand-new portal application, named “My Account”, which vastly improved the look and feel of the application as well as adding new features, such as the ability to add new.
• Designed and developed a brand-new payment experience for customers to implement new PCI standards.
• Implemented Spring security and Spring Security SAML on My Account to fully enable federated login with other services.
• Worked with a team of developers to design and develop a new CSR website named CSR Portal to provide better tools for CSRs to use to assist with issues related to customers’ online account.
