Working on back end web services to support our e-commerce platform. This includes providing menu data, pricing, cafe availability.Currently working on Panera’s Unlimited Sip Club program as a lead developer on the supporting web services.I mentor others frequently, and am an active participant of in many of the college level hackathons Panera helps to sponsor.

• Created Spring MVC application used by customer service representatives (CSRs) to view data for a customer’s account from our ICOMS billing system.• Provided support and regular updates for our customer portal application, a web-based Spring MVC application used by customer and CSRs to pay a customer’s bill, access their Suddenlink provided email address, and other features.• Worked with a team of developers to develop a brand-new portal application, named “My Account”, which vastly improved the look and feel of the application as well as adding new features, such as the ability to add new lines of business and order pay-per-view content.• Designed and developed a brand-new payment experience for customers to implement new PCI standards.• Implemented Spring security and Spring Security SAML on My Account to fully enable federated login with other services.• Worked with a team of developers to design and develop a new CSR website named CSR Portal to provide better tools for CSRs to use to assist with issues related to customers’ online account.• Worked with a team of developers to reskin the My Account application using Bootstrap 3 and adding mobile-friendly layouts to most of the pages in the application.• Created coding standards document which outlines a range of coding and application standards used in projects• Established a code review process using Bitbucket branches and pull-requests• Performed code reviews for active development in customer-facing projects.

Work with other Developer(s) (~2) to create a Silverlight-based site for Counties/Cities to view and edit various data about their land and properties. Users can create reports, edit data, add new items, and print maps and other data all from a website hosted by MidlandGIS.• Assisted lead developer in updates to Microsoft Silverlight application used by cities and counties to utilize GIS maps of their regions. • Started development on an iOS version of the Integrity GIS application for use on mobile devices. www.IntegrityGIS.com

Help gather and analyze data about past and present students. Create and administer surveys to students who have graduated from the Missouri Academy. Work with the Dean of the Academy to create, update and maintain a few key report documents for the administration of the Academy.

Shadowed Project Manager in the Manufacturing Development and Support group for the Information Systems Department of Toyota Engineering and Manufacturing North America (TEMA). Helped with KPI reports and help to start the prototype stage of a new inventory tracking system for the business group of TEMA.
