Participated in a full time international internship program facilitated by a partnership between the University of Pittsburgh and Intrax, an international internship placement organization. I learned how to adapt while living and working in a foreign environment, and got to practice my German language skills at the same time. I mostly focused on researching the prospective functionality of a potential new product meant for detecting radioactivity, completing field tests on an order of newly developed products, and the preparation and fulfillment of general customer orders.
