CurrentOversee the In-market Supply Chain operations within the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. The primary activities include, but are not limited to:• Supply Chain Management Strategy Design & Translation• Supply Chain Budget/Cost & Performance accountable • Represents SCM/OMS in various Commercial Leadership teams• Demand management, Local & Regional Demand review and regional support of S&OP• Order Management & Fulfillment for complete region and supply outside of region• Logistics operations & Transport (3rd Party Logistics Providers, Custom Brokers, Freight Forwarding)• Import & Export Operations• Performance & Cost Analytics to drive optimal service/performance ratio• Transformation Deployment sponsor within RegionThe role also oversees execution of strategic projects within the above activities and is directly overseeing the implementation of SCM Strategy and supporting the Commercial and Financial targets within the Region. This position functions as the direct liaison to the Regional President of the Commerical Teams and supervises a number of cluster SCM Leads that interact daily with the Managing Directors.The Supply Chain Operations Lead for North America provides functional leadership and direction to personnel within their scope of responsibility and ensure quality and compliant supply chain operations whilst looking continuously for operational efficiencies and cost effective measures using Digital Logistics and other industry innovative solutions. As Organon continues its disentanglement activities, the SCO NA lead will oversee and manage that service and targets are continuing to be met as we separate systems and re-design process and continue to adjust our organization toward the new companies strategic goals.
