Volunteer role on the Board of St George Motor Boat Club; working with the great staff and management to enhance the Club and its facilities for its members and the local community.

The Foundation was established in 1997 to conserve the Huts used by Sir Douglas Mawson’s Australasian Antarctic Expedition of 1911-1914. It operates the Replica Museum in Hobart, with the help of wonderful staff and volunteers to keep Australia’s Antarctic tradition and history alive.

Providing corporate tax advice to real estate clients, particularly those in the alternative real estate asset classes such as retirement living, manufactured home estates, and data centres), as well as media, investment houses and fund managers.

I advise on a wide range of corporate tax issues, with a focus on the property construction and development, property funds management, retirement living and media sectors. My areas of expertise include the tax consolidation regime, international structuring, share buy-backs/ capital management (including trust capital raisings) and employee benefit vehicles.I have worked on the creation of international property development funds and other property investment structures, as well as advising investors in property funds.In addition, I have guest lectured in the University of Sydney Masters of Law program, and also practiced in the United Kingdom for 12 months in an in house role for a large property company. Finally, I am a member of the Property Council of Australia's tax committee and have been involved in the preparation of submissions, and other activities, in relation to lobbying efforts undertaken by the Property Council.
