Development of the Berlin location and establishment of the consulting infrastructure for BAP Capital asset management.

The product is designed to make everyday life easier for frequent travellers and aims to allow time for the essential things. For this purpose, we have developed a scheduling and booking tool, which is placed overthe appointment calendar as a plugin. Once installed, the calendar has two more buttons. One button reads the work week, interprets it and makes suggestions for local and long distance travel, as well as offering accommodations. All including the current prices. If everything fits or has been adjusted, the second button can be used to book the whole weekand only the paper receipts have to be uploaded in the app.The winning idea was then to be financed and implemented. I was brought into the project as a product manager and was involved in the creation of the business case and the technical concept.Later I had the lead of the product management and was primarily responsible for error, test and requirements management during the development.Above all I learned in this project how agile project development canwork within a corporation with rigid processes.

From the idea to offer a product in competition to the popularcontent management systems like WordPress, Magento and Typo3 competition, we created our own content management systemthat offered every user complete and individual freedom to program their own website - lean and easy.As an extension we later developed our own store system.My tasks ranged in the entrepreneurial area from controlling the entirecompany strategy to taking over all arising tasks. On the project side, I most often took on the role of the product owner.For me, the company was my case study alongside my degree inindustrial engineering.
