I am ethusiatic about the fundamental changes we currently face in the way we work together. I see a strong need for self-organization, purpose-driven decision making and new processes (and products!) within many institutions and companies. This is what I strive for!I startet my professional career as a visual artist during the wild 90ies in Berlin. Later I studied Humanities in Berlin and Taiwan and worked for international organizations as a lecturer and project manager. For ten years I held the position of Quality Manager for Goethe-Institut e.V., responsible for innovation and change. During these years I gained broad experience in the Not-for-profit sector and dealing with governmental institutions. I did a second degree in Innovation- and Change-management and was certified as Assessor for Business Excellence within the EFQM-Framework. Today I work as a freelance innovation consultant and also teach innovation skills and creativity also in transcultural contexts. I love music and decent olive oil. My strength lies in enabling teams to bring out and trust their creativity. I create environments, where people feel safe and see their possibilities. I’m good in listening, finding connections and arranging thoughts, ideas and objects.I combine professional system analysis with empathy, wit and a huge portion of creativity.
