As a Talent Scouter, my main tasks were:- Expand Nova’s community in target countries for expansion.- Manage the selection process for Nova in Spain, Nordics, Italy, and the rest of the world.- Screen and assess candidates for Nova Talent’s headhunting processes.

-In charge of Young Talent Profiles Recruitment (Interns, FP and junior profiles).-Campus management: strategic campus definition, relationship management, local masterclasses and generating new opportunities with universities.-Employer branding: Strategy setting and creation.

Recruitment of all types of consultant junior profiles and up to five years' experience for Madrid and Lisbon office. Profiles of all nationalities▪ Attendance at recruitment events (live and virtual) and execute event details.▪ Act as liaison between the schools' career services offices and Bain, execute communication and correspondence with candidates throughout the year▪ Maintain regular communication between the different recruiting teams at EMEA level so that there can be synergy between the recruiting teams▪ Coordination of the candidate recruiting process from start to finish, assisting in the closing of offers.▪ Managing the recruitment system for data entry, application/event management and candidate tracking/reporting in a timely and accurate manner.▪ Monthly analysis of the status of recruitments for follow-up and support in the recruitment strategy.

Durante mi etapa en prácticas en Randstad, me integré al equipo de la oficina de Torrejón de Ardoz. En un primer momento, me ocupé de hacer una primera toma de contacto con posibles candidatos, saber su situación actual y crear una bolsa de empleo para futuras vacantes. Cuando terminé de conocer el funcionamiento del equipo, pude desarrollar entrevistas individuales y dinámicas de grupo, consistentes en conocer a los candidatos, en base a varias vacantes abiertas.A su vez, estuve dando apoyo a los consultores, enviando candidatos para las ofertas de empleo, resolviendo incidencias de trabajadores, colaborando con otras oficinas, gestionando los EPIS y apoyando al equipo para que llegara a objetivos.
