My role is to teach people in order for them to be able to get hired as junior developers in IT. People that have zero knowledge in IT are being trained by myself so that they can reach the point where they can create web applications. They are being taught technologies such as HTML, CSS, SCSS, Ajax, Jquery, Javascript ES6, ReactJS.

Backend Developer - Implementing new solutions and fixing current bugs on different projects (Bigotti, Massini, Piatra Craiului, Serpico, Valtec, etc..) based on CakePHP framework. I work with large amounts of data that need to be queried from the database. I also maintain a chat client made in React and a mobile application which was made with React Native.

My role is to offer support on the IT system used by the METRO Italy company. The stores currently use an older system VPR and the one that is used to migrate data to, MMS. My duties are to diagnose problems such as log analysis for errors related to migrating data, query analysis on database in order to identify problems and finding solutions in order to inform the user.

On the first project my role was the offer assistance through phone and email in italian for customers on SAP. The support was given directly by myself in cases of questions and for system errors a ticket would be created and transferred to second level. On the other project I worked directly with the SPLUNK system for BIG DATA management, creation of dashboards for customized reports, query optimizations and database data extraction.

Updated, modified and expanded existing software programs by continuous improvement to system architecture and old legacy code refactoring.Coordinated with QA testers for functional testing and post-production testing.Resolved customer issues by establishing workarounds and solutions by debugging and creating fixes.Implemented entire custom software solutions for various influential clients (most recent - Generali Group).
